At Aqualung®, we are committed to providing high-performance gear for your underwater adventures. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective cases are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
